University of East Anglia Flavonoid Study

The UEA has led an international review of studies on flavonoids. The study found eating chocolate or cocoa reduced blood pressure and increased blood flow.
They also found acute intake of black tea increased blood pressure, but green tea significantly reduced bad cholesterol.
